Impacts of Financial Assistance Reform on Grant Awards
The Office of Management and Budget has undertaken a comprehensive review of the policies that govern financial assistance programs. Under the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200) guidance, several substantive changes to existing policies have been put in place.
